An extensive building program, which provided state of the art learning areas for students.

12 temporary classrooms used for a quarter of a century were removed and replaced by two double story classroom blocks, and amenities building, an industrial arts building, science laboratories and linking covered walkways.

In a bonus for the college, the project finished well ahead of schedule.
