Construction of a state of the art, two story headquarters for a leading Avionics supplier for the defence support industry,
part of the Albatross Aviation Park, Australia's 'Centre of Aviation Excellence'. The development comprises
3 attached workshop areas of 802sq m with associated office space 714sq m. The building is to have a steel structure
with reinforced tilt-up concrete wall panels, reinforced concrete floors and a metal sheet roof.
Also involved is associated carparking for 26 vehicles and landscaping.
